- fraudulent content – including offering, sharing or promoting false information relating to goods, services, or schemes, or otherwise misleading others in a way that is harmful or illegal;
- abusive content – including content that is defamatory or vulgar, infringes another’s rights (including privacy rights), or is otherwise unreasonably or objectionable;
- destructive content – including content or software designed for the purpose of malicious damage to computers, systems, or data, or to control or otherwise access any of these things;
- sexual content – sex toy shops, pornographic content;
- unauthorised access – including accessing or attempting to access a network, system or user’s profile without permission;
- surveillance – including the surveillance of any data on a network, system or user’s profile without permission;
- intentional harm – including intentionally damaging the structure or efficient working of a network, system or user’s profile through physical or electronic means (such as Denial of Service attacks);
- spam – including sending or promoting unsolicited mass electronic communications without permission;
- data manipulation – including the malicious and fraudulent altering of any data on or sent by a network, system, or user’s profile without permission; or
- system manipulation – including the malicious and fraudulent alteration of a network, system, or user’s profile without permission.

To enhance the integrity of Savvy Sites for its user base, we've established a set of guidelines aligned with our Terms and Conditions, detailing acceptable and unacceptable behaviours on our platform. It's important for your safety and that of your audience that you familiarise yourself with our Community Standards. By using Savvy Sites, you consent to adhere to these standards along with our T&Cs.

Spam and Fraud
Savvy Sites should not be used for spamming, scamming, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Such as, but not limited to, pyramid schemes and unregistered financial service providers
Adult Content
Prohibited actions include:
Uploading adult content, such as nudity, to your Savvy Site or any associated media.
Linking social feeds that display adult content.
Promoting sex work.
Content sexual in nature (this includes adult toy shops).
Using Savvy Sites payment features for direct financial transactions related to adult content.
Hate Speech
Savvy Sites supports the sharing of ideas and beliefs, provided they do not incite harm, hatred, or discrimination against anyone based on their identity or beliefs.
Illegal Goods and Services
Advertising or facilitating the sale of illegal or regulated items is forbidden on Savvy Sites. This includes, but is not limited to; alcohol (without a license), drugs, tobacco, weapons, explosives, illegal wildlife trade, counterfeit goods, gambling, and any form of human trafficking.
Harassment
Targeting individuals for harassment or intimidation is strictly prohibited.
Extremist/Terrorist Content
Do not use Savvy Sites to support or fund extremist groups or activities.
Child Harm
We have a zero-tolerance policy for content that endangers minors, including sexual abuse material or any form of child exploitation. This includes real as well as manipulated media, animation, and any type of digital creation (such as AI). We will reach out to local authorities if we encounter any content of this nature.
Self-Harm
Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is not allowed. Resources for support and recovery are encouraged.
Shocking or Violent Content
Content meant to shock or disturb, such as extreme violence or abuse, is not permitted.
Copyright and Trademark
Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights is prohibited. Contact us if you believe your rights are being infringed upon.
Privacy and Impersonation
We prioritise privacy and do not allow the exposure of personal information or impersonation of others. Ensure compliance with privacy laws if collecting data from visitors.
Misinformation
Spreading false or harmful information, especially that which could jeopardise public safety or health, is not allowed.

These community guidelines will continue to evolve over time. This means we may take action against a user or content that violates the essence of these guidelines when we encounter a new threat or harm that is not explicitly covered in the current version.
